COVID-19: HOW ARE WE WORKING TO PROTECT TRAVELERS ?The safety of passengers and employees is our top priority. Vehicles go through a daily cleaning cycle. All common ares and high-touch areas like arm rests, door handles, seatback, screens and seat belts are wiped down and disinfected between trips by drivers and chauffeurs while wearing PPE and gloves. All drivers are fully vaccinated & use PPE as required by local, State and CDC recommendations. Hand sanitizer or wipes will be available to all drivers and guests. All drivers and passengers on board are required to wear face coverings.

How will I know my car has arrived and what if I need to contact the driver ?If you've provided us with your mobile number, you will receive an SMS alert to let you know your driver is on the way and again when they arrive at your pickup location. If you need to contact your driver, the best number to call will be listed in the SMS alert.

Are there additional fees ? ( Ans: Yes).... Is gratuity included ? ( Ans: No)We show you your estimated total upfront, which includes all charges. (via Email or Text) After hours Surcharges. 11:00 p.m. - 5:00 a.m. ($5.00 - $10.00) depending upon pickup/drop-off location. PAYMENTS, Cash or Online: An additional GRATUITY (20% - 30%) should be added to your total. Additional Stops: Groceries etc... NONE

Does the driver accept credit cards or cash ?Our drivers do accept payments in cash and major Credit & Debit Cards.

What if my flight is early or delayed ?We ask for your flight information when booking your ride. This information allows us to track your flight - so early or late - when your flight arrives we'll be there. We keep track of all incoming flights, but we are not responsible for diversions / Customs / Baggage. For Domestic Arrivals: 40 min FREE TIME is given from the scheduled arrival time posted by the Airline, unless you notify us prior your arrival of unexpected change on your arrival due to your departure circumstances. For International Arrivals: 1 Hour FREE TIME is given from the scheduled arrival time posted by the airline. After the AIRPORT FREE TIME is elapsed, waiting time will get charged.

About Curbside / Inside Pickup ?Curbside pickup, Your reserved vehicle will be waiting for you at the Airport Cell Phone Lot... After you claim your baggage and you're ready, please contact us immediately. "No additional charges". For inside pickup: We DO NOT CURRENTLY PROVIDE THAT SERVICE.

I have a small child, do I need to bring my own seat ?"You can reserve a child seat during the booking process, at no additional fee. In order to ensure the safety of the child and proper installation of the car seat, the driver may ask for assistance when installing the car seat.

Reservations / Cancellation.Reservation less than 6 hours in advance Policy: Deposit is required: In order to reserve your ride service, we require a 35% deposit at the time of booking, This deposit is Non Refundable and Non Transferable. We accept all major Credit & Debits Cards, Zelle. Cancellation Policy: 12 hours prior to pick up. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, you will need to send a cancellation " 12 hours to pick up via": Email to GoExpressOne@Gmail.com or TEXT 239-464-7577 by the person who originally made the reservation
